Scotland magazine has teamed up with the Golf View Hotel & Spa, near Nairn on the Moray Firth, to offer one lucky winner and their guest the chance to win a two-night stay with dinner on one night, plus access to its highly anticipated new Coast Spa
The hotel, which has sensational seafront views, is part of the Crerar Hotels Group. Following a six-figure investment, the spa has been completely upgraded and has been transformed into the ultimate destination spa – ideal for an indulgent spa day with friends or a romantic spa getaway. Coast Spa offers a luxuriously upgraded hydro experience, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy an invigorating swim in the refurbished pool before enjoying a relaxing dip in the indoor and outdoor hot tubs with stunning views of this part of the Scottish Highlands.
Guests can then take advantage of the sauna and steam rooms, all of which are set against the spectacular backdrop of the Moray Firth. As part of the Thermal Experience, the spa features a Himalayan Salt Therapy Room and multi-experience sensory showers for a full-body experience. The newly launched spa also boasts Scotland’s first Kurland-Steinbad Stone Bath – often known as a ‘volcano’ sauna due to the noise of the stones and rising steam. This unique heat experience sees a 400 c stone immersed in ice-cold water to create a burst of steam and a relaxing, mild room temperature.
The Stone Bath has numerous health benefits as it releases minerals and therefore helps to strengthen the immune system, soothe tired muscles, and promote a healthy cardiovascular system. Guests can enjoy a full range of spa treatments using innovative, organic seaweed skincare products from renowned Scottish brand ishga, while Coast’s expert spa therapists will tailor each guest’s experience to suit their skin type and needs, providing a memorable, invigorating, and relaxing experience.
