Wishart goes to the loch

Renowned Edinburgh chef Martin Wishart has opened his second restaurant on home soil, bringing his Michelin starred culinary skills to luxury hotel Cameron House on Loch Lomond.

The new menu at Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond features elegant French dishes like Jerusalem artichoke velouté with langoustines; roast John Dory forestière with truffle jus; and passion fruit soufflé.
