Our Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh has unveiled two new galleries which will guarantee its place as the ‘mustsee' experience of the summer.
The exhibits, FutureDome and Earthscape Scotland represent a combined investment of almost £2 million.
Earthscape Scotland is a free outdoor gallery tracing Scotland's unique geological landscape, while the 75-seat FutureDome brings together 360º dome projection, revolving platforms and visitor interaction. It has been billed as a cross between Dr Who and Who Wants to be a Millionaire.
Commenting on the new attractions, Dr Stuart Munro, Our Dynamic Earth scientific director, said: “We are really excited about these two new exhibitions which will not only attract new visitors to Our Dynamic Earth, but will also provide a significant impetus for people who have been before to come back and experience something new.”...
